Cometic’s MLX (Multi-Layer Steel Stopper) Cylinder Head Gaskets feature an extra layer designed to be a “Stopper” layer that provides a torque limiting surface that prevents yielding of the combustion seals. This layer folds onto itself creating an additional stackup right at the bore, when tightened it focuses more clamping load from the bolts to the bore area.

C5025 series MLX Gaskets are for the Round Bore, NON-SVO Small Block Ford Windsor with a 4.200″ bore.
