Save a bunch of weight on converting your power brakes over to manual with the Strange Engineering 1.125 (1 1/8″) Bore Light Weight Aluminum Dual Master Cylinder conversion kit. Designed specifically for 1979-1993 Mustangs, it fits both automatic and manual transmission applications.

The OE Brake Light Switch Will Not Work With This Kit – You’ll need a brake pressure switch like the Allstar Performance #76251

Master Cylinder Application Notes

  • When using with all Wheel Disc brakes use a 2 lb residual pressure valves if mounted at or below the level of the calipers.
  • When Using With Drum Brakes – any line supplying drum brakes will require a 10 lb residual pressure valve.
  • The port closest to the push-rod (rear) flows the most volume of fluid, this port needs to be plumbed to the brakes requiring more capacity
  • Silicone Brake Fluid Not Recommended.
