Dart’s Special High Performance (SHP) Blocks are a great, low cost upgrade over OEM blocks. They are perfect for Street Performance and Sportsman Racing Classes. The SHP Pro series adds increased valve train stability by using a Big Block Chevy 2.120″ Cam for only a small increase in investment.

Designed for high performance and medium duty applications, the Dart SHP Small Block Chevy blocks are the ideal starting point for a new performance engine. Start your build with a NEW block – no worries about cracks, thin cylinders, prep work and finding a decent core to work with for only a little more.

The SHP PRO offers these upgrades over the Standard SHP Blocks

• Billet Steel 4-bolt main caps.
• ARP main stud kit.
• .904” lifter bores.
• BBC cam journal.

• Splayed outer bolts on middle main bearing caps.
