MSD 85797 Small Block Ford 289/302 Distributor Holley Hi-Ram – Steel Gear

MSD’s 85797 289/302 Small Block Ford Pro-Billet Small Diameter Distributor is designed to fit Holley 289-302 Hi-Ram Carburetor Intake Manifolds. Includes MSD magnetic pickup, hardened steel shaft and fully adjustable mechanical advance. A steel distributor gear for use with Hydraulic Roller Cams is installed.

• Designed specifically for the Holley Ford 289-302 Hi-Ram Carbureted Manifold Base P/N 300-275, 300-275BK with 300-207, 300-207BK Hi-Ram Plenum Top
• Supplied with a steel distributor gear, compatible with most hydraulic roller cam applications
• Must be used with an MSD Ignition Control that accepts magnetic inputs signal
• Nylon pads ensure smooth operation of the advance weights
• Advance weight pins are staked and tig welded to the plate for strength and durability
• Mechanical advance assembly can be locked out for crank trigger systems
• Advance plate and weights are fine blanked from chrome moly steel and QPQ coated for friction reduction
• Polished steel shaft is QPQ coated and guided by a sealed ball bearing
• Maintenance-free magnetic pickup and precision reluctor create stable trigger signals throughout the rpm range
